Spring Tour finished!

Finally home after a great few weeks of touring that have seen me play all across Europe in some of the finest Jazz clubs. Duc De Lombards was fantastic and intimate while International Jazz Day was in a magnificent auditorium with over 400 people in Flagey! Great UK shows with two sell out nights at the legendary Ronnie Scott's in Soho, London. As well as a great crowd and excellent show at Manchester's Band on the Wall. Berlin XJAZZ Festival was set in beautiful old East German building, excellently named 'Funkhaus'!!!

But the most pleasing show was the launch of my album at Archspace in London. A sold out show with a fantastic crowd and a perfect launch for my album. The band sounded great with Taz Modi on piano, Jon Scott on drums, Sneaky on double bass, Jorge Duran on vibes and congas and finally a special guest for the night of my old friend Matthew Halsall on trumpet.

Quite a line-up and real treat for the sell out crowd. Which was added to by the advance availability of my new 7' single not due out until September! Something I have organised with Lovemonk as a treat for all the vinyl heads in London!!

Next stop is recording the next record in July and to organise a European tour in October and November. Keep you posted!!!
